Socks abound. BUT even more interesting, we went to The Chelsea Flower Show. First time and it was brill. Its been said by many but the TV cameras really do have very wide angle lenses!
We made a treat of it and stayed in London despite living less than an hour away, any excuse. So this weeks recommendations are Toms Kitchen, best Fish and Chips ever although as you might imagine not the cheapest, this was our pre show treat. Next, our wind down back to reality offering The Chelsea Ram, best Burger ever, not something I often eat.
Only negative part was situation of hotel, on the M1 I think, well Cromwell Road which of course is busy ALL the time and kindly they upgraded us to a front room opposite an Underground Cutting. I think next year, if we go again, we’ll be travelling.
Won’t bore you with too many photo’s, mainly because I took so many my camera ran out of memory and I haven’t edited them all yet. So I just managed to pick out a couple, The Yorkshires Rhubarb Crumble and Custard Garden, how surprising.
